ArqFilmFest 2015

La tercera versión del Arquitectura Film Festival Santiago se realizó entre el 26 y el 29 de noviembre en el Centro Gabriela Mistral (GAM), y el Museo de Artes Visuales (MAVI), convirtiendo al Barrio Lastarria en un polo de exhibiciones, competencia de filmes, coloquios, instalaciones, eventos y otras actividades.

ArqFilmFest seleccionó este año 30 filmes para la competencia de cortometrajes y largometrajes provenientes de 14 países de América y Europa.  El foco estuvo dirigido hacia las “Transformaciones Urbanas” que retratan el estado de las ciudades hoy día y su relación con sus habitantes.

El jurado estuvo compuesto por el arquitecto y académico de la FAU, Juan Pablo Urrutia, el cineasta Cristian Jiménez (“Vida de familia”, “La voz en off”) y el crítico de cine Pablo Marín (La Tercera).

ArqFilmFest 2015

The third version of the Arquitectura Film Festival Santiago was held during 26-29 November at the Gabriela Mistral Center (GAM) and the Museum of Visual Arts (MAVI), turning the Lastarria neighbourhood into an area of exhibitions, film competition, lectures, discussion panels and social events.

This year, ArqFilmFest selected 30 films for the film competition, including short films and feature films from 14 countries in the Americas and Europe. The focus on “Urban Transformations” that portray the urban context and the relationship with its inhabitants.

The jury was composed of architect and academic of the FAU, Juan Pablo Urrutia, filmmaker Cristian Jiménez (“Family life”, “The voice in off”) and film critic Pablo Marín (La Tercera).
